30 days to build mental, physical and financial momentum. You’re smart, you’re self-aware, your habits just haven’t caught up yet.

This challenge is NOT about doing more. That’s a trap we’ve fallen for before, and it’s led to overwhelm and self-sabotage.

This is about focussing only on 4 daily habits for 30 days.

→ Set an intention for the next 30 days → Aim to tick every habit off daily, you can only miss twice. I.e. you can only ever have 2 days in a row of not checking all habits off. If you miss any habit for 3 days, you have to start again. → Take a screenshot of your daily checklist below and post it somewhere for public accountability, and tag me @devamsha (IG) or @financialhotgirl (IG) however you found the challenge!
